I'm making this short and sweet...I'm starting a new fitness challenge on Monday, November 21...a FREE one. It's a 30 day buns and ab challenge that I found on Pinterest - but adapted for myself and I'm inviting allllll of my friends to join me!
Why am I starting it on Monday?
I don't like to wait for the New Year to start new goals or challenges. And I wanted to make sure that the challenge ends before Christmas - and it had to be 30 days - and so that's how I landed on November 21.
Where is the challenge being hosted?
I'm hosting it in a Facebook group called 30 Day Butt and Gut Challenge. If you can't find it, visit my FB page, www.facebook.com/coffeemomjengetsfit/, and leave me a message on my wall about wanting to join the challenge so I can add you!
What do I need to do?
All you need to do is check the schedule and do the daily workout (should take a few minutes - nothing too strenuous). If you're so inclined, you can check into the group after you complete your workouts if you want help staying motivated and being accountable to the workouts you committed to! And again, it's like day 1 - do xx number of squats, day 2 - do xx number of crunches etc. Again it's meant to be fun, gets us off our asses and maybe tone up our butts and guts before we have to squeeze into any holiday outfits!
What do I need to buy?
Absolutely nothing! Unless you want a cute new workout outfit - in which case, I can't help you with!
